I have dreamed of getting to design a nursery for my baby someday! And guess what? Now that I'm pregnant, we have actually been in a temporary living situation since selling our house and I haven't been sure I would get the chance, BUT we are moving into a new house next week that has the perfect little room for baby girl! Here are some nurseries that I've both loved for a while and have saved or have found recently for inspiration.
Finally! A final house tour! If you don't know, we sold our house at the end of the summer while the market was hot to free us up for our next crazy adventure!

Though we never intended to live in this house long term, there are days where I really miss this place. There's something about a first home that you poured your blood, sweat, and tears into that will always have a place in your heart.
I swear it's something about being pregnant that is making me so anxious to get into the holiday spirit! I'm ashamed to say I've already watched a few too many Hallmark Christmas movies. Hearth & Hand for Target just released new pieces for the upcoming holidays so I am sharing some of my favorites.
one: Such a classic, neutral plaid stocking, but I love the red pom poms.
two: Switch your wall artwork out with this piece for the season or layer on a shelf.
three: I love the smell of a wood burning fireplace and real Christmas tree, but just in case you can't have the real thing.
four: Obsessed with wood bead garland!
five: These are so classic!
six: Greenery with a pop of red for holiday cheer.
seven: Throw some greenery into this vase for a cozy, winter arrangement.
eight: Must have for snuggling on the couch watching Christmas movies.
nine: A traditional eucalyptus wreath that would be perfect on your front door or on an empty wall in your house.
ten: Neutral enough to go with any theme you might have, and I love the dainty pattern.
I hope these pieces start to get you in the holiday spirit and inspire your shopping. Let me know what Hearth & Home pieces you are adding to your holiday decor this year!
Happy October! Are the rainy, dark days making anyone else ready to hibernate for the winter? I just got one of these wubby pullovers and I think I'm officially ready. I'm gravitating toward darker, moodier spaces with contrast for balance and texture for warmth. Obviously Studio McGee is killing it with the moody spaces because several of the spaces below are designed by them!
